Hey, I’m Michelle Murphy!

I’m the founder of HR4Founders, a trusted name in HR consulting for scaling startups across the UK and Ireland. With over 20 years of experience, I help businesses solve HR-related challenges that hinder growth.

I started HR4Founders to provide outsourced HR and recruitment services for fast-growing startups. Our goal is to help CEOs, CFOs, and Founders focus on growing their businesses while we handle the HR and recruitment consulting.
